★★★★★“This home in Kissimmee is the perfect location whether your family is headed to Disney, Universal or just the greater Orlando area in general. The kids loved the amenities in the home, the pool, the pool table, foosball kept them busy. Our older boys greatly enjoyed the resort clubhouses as well, taking on the waterslide, lazy river and a game of pickup basketball meeting several other vacationers from across the world. The home is well laid out whether you have a large family or 2-3 families together, everything was thought out in the floor plan to host a memorable stay.”

Neighborhood pool was very nice and not crowded when we went in the mornings and afternoons. The house was only a 5 minute walk to the lazy river. We did not hear any noise in the neighborhood at night and slept great. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit Orlando parks and not stay on site in a hotel.”

How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a smart lock at a gated resort. Your door code, gate access, and resort amenity QR code all arrive before check-in day (4 PM check-in, 10 AM check-out).
Where exactly is the villa?
4806 Kings Castle Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746 — inside gated Storey Lake Resort, about 15 minutes to Disney World and 20 to Universal and Epic Universe. Check the map on this page; what you see is where you stay.
Is parking free?
Yes — the driveway fits 1–2 cars plus unassigned resort spaces, all free.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes — optional electric pool & spa heat at $40/night plus tax, applied to the whole stay, with 3 days' advance notice (a pool this size takes days to warm, so heat can't be added mid-stay). The spa is a spillover and heats with the pool — worth it October through April.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — up to 2 potty-trained dogs, with a $200 pet fee per stay. House rules: dogs stay off beds and furniture, are never left alone uncrated, and are leashed on resort grounds. Service animals are always welcome with no fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking when your check-in is at least 14 days away. After that: full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% between 30 and 14 days, and non-refundable inside 14 days — but if your dates re-book, we refund what we recover. For total peace of mind, trip insurance is a good idea for any big group trip.
Allergic to dogs — should you book?
A straight answer: the home takes dogs only (no cats — cat dander is the persistent one), every stay ends with a full professional turnover including HEPA vacuuming, and every linen layer on every bed is laundered between guests. Mild sensitivities usually do fine. If your allergy is severe, no pet-friendly home is truly zero-dander — text us at (321) 424-6626 and we'll tell you exactly when a dog last stayed before you book.
