- Free on-site parking.

- Street parking is not permitted overnight and may be subject to towing. Guests should park only in designated areas or driveways.

- Maximum of 10 vehicles per unit. There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.

- No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.

- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft or recreational vehicles are not permitted.

- Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL

1-Cost: $35 per day.

2-Request 48 hours in advance.

3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.

4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.

6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL

Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY

Please note that the USPS does not deliver to vacation homes as they do not recognize them as standard residential addresses; packages will be returned to the sender.

To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:

Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).

Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

The entire 6-bedroom, 5-bath home is yours — living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, game room, laundry, screened private pool and spa, and outdoor patio. No shared spaces. No owner on site.

Check-in is fully self-serve: your private door code arrives before arrival, and the home is reserved exclusively for your group.

Your stay also includes access to Storey Lake's resort clubhouse — lazy river, water slides, splash pad, and fitness center.

Storey Lake is a gated resort community just off Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee — about 5 miles from Disney Springs and 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World parks. Epic Universe and Universal Orlando are about 20 minutes away, SeaWorld 15, and Orlando International Airport 25. Close to everything, without the traffic of the main tourist strips.

Publix, Walmart, and Target are within a 10-minute drive, with dozens of restaurants along US-192 and the Sunset Walk entertainment district at Margaritaville. Inside the gates, the resort is quiet, secure, and family-focused — the practical home base for a theme-park week.

This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
